Before the course, I got rejected from 14 job interviews. After finishing, I got hired full-time at Chick-fil-A—and now I’m a teen lead working 40 hours a week.

The biggest thing I’ve gained is getting to truly know myself better. I’ve seen my top Strengths in action, seen how they have helped me and others, seen them increase my happiness when I’m aligned with them, and seen them be offended. This course means a lot to me because knowing myself helps me problem solve and work through ups & downs. Though it does teach job skills, I would view it as a way to gain insights about yourself and your life. It is an amazing growth and change program.

Being able to speak to a group of people about various topics in life was extremely powerful to me and also having the ability to hear from other people had the same affect. Thanks widely to this course, I know I will have the confidence and self-will to go and score a solid starting position in my job. That’s what this is all about right? It’s a workforce development course! This course is a place where you can speak on different subjects-whether it be happy, sad, exciting, depressing, or whatever-and have 100% certainty that the room is judge-free. Being able to do that at such a time in which the world is full of chaos is incredibly powerful, and it truly is something that everyone could use.

I’ve mainly gained the confidence and ability to be unconditionally me. This group of people have seen me really happy and at one of the lowest points of my life. My goal is to be more open and to be myself. This course as not only a way of learning how to build success in a career but to find personal success. Every session you’ll learn something new. Not only about yourself, but about the people around you.
